Refund policy

To assure 100 % client satisfaction, our 30-days return or exchange window is always open for all the items purchased. Provided that the following conditions are met:

• You have received a faulty or damaged item.
• You have unintentionally ordered a wrong item or have misestimated the usage of a product.
• You found the item’s quality different to what was advertised while purchasing.

Important notes for return/exchange of the product

• The item should be unopened with its original packing.
• Should be accompanied by the receipt.
• The receipt should clearly show that return/exchange of the item is within the time frame of 30 days.
• Return process will be initiated from the day we receive your item and the whole process may take 5 days at most. Normally, you will receive replacement within 24 hours.
• Customers who bought our products between 1^st November and 31^st December will have until 31^st January to apply for return/exchange.
